Who will work on my landscape project?

Creative Scapes LLC hires landscaping trade professionals to perform the work of any project. If it's not our staff doing the work, rest assured we vet and hire subcontractors who we know do great work and who carry liability and workers compensation insurance. We always have a site foreman managing the project, as well as project managers and the office staff are always available.

Are you insured and licensed?

We carry liability, workers compensation, and auto insurance.

In addition, we hold contractor's licenses in various cities and counties to enable us to perform building and alterations to landscaping and decking. We abide by all county regulations and pull permits when necessary.

Some larger construction projects require special licenses, certifications, and insurance. In those special cases, we acquire necessary credentials.

We have contractors licenses in select cities/counties.

What kind of landscaping do you do?

We are a design build firm, offering landscape design services and landscape construction/installation of locally-sourced landscaping materials.

We service both commercial and residential sectors and provide all aspects of any project including demolition, grading, excavation, irrigation systems, retaining walls, hardscaping flatwork, turf/sod, plantings, fencing, and all addition associated outdoor elements.

Our passion is creating outdoor living environments.

Where do you work?

We are based in the Littleton area, but we work in the entire Denver Metro area: Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Golden Edgewater, Lakewood, Morrison, Sheridan, Littleton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Castle Pines, Parker, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Glendale, Aurora, Commerce City, Federal Heights. Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer financing through Acorn Finance. Ask us for more information if you're looking for this option.
