Landscape Industry

This is an entry-level position, with the minimum hiring age of 18 years old.  

Pay Range: $19-23 per hour depending on experience and performance

Requirements of this position: 

• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions (sun, heat, cold, etc.) 
• Physical ability (ability to push 100 lbs, lift 80lbs, bend, kneel, carry, walk)  
• Have reliable transportation to jobsite(s)
• Have reliable phone for communication 
• Ability to work full time hours in the busy season   (M-F up to 45 hrs per week) 
• Have a positive attitude and be able to take instruction, direction, and criticism - Have a Growth Mindset 
• Ability to work on a team with others to accomplish the daily and project goals 
• Willingness to take on new assignments and learn 
• Authorized to work in the US

This role is for an experienced landscaper who is a natural leader. We require a minimum 5 seasons experience on a landscape construction crew, and minimum of 2 seasons of crew lead/foreman experience. 

The Crew Lead / Foreman is responsible for managing assigned projects including materials, schedule, equipment, and staff, and works closely with the Project Coordinator & Project Manager for logistics, and all other resource management. 

Pay Range: $24-30 per hour depending on experience & proven performance. 

Requirements of this position: 

• Valid and insurable driver's license
• Experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer 
• Experience operating a skid steer and other small equipment 
• Experience with all phases of landscape projects: Sod, Rock/Mulch, Hardscaping, Retaining Walls, Fencing, Boulders, Irrigation, Mowing, Pruning, etc. 
• Ability to read and write in English 
• Ability to use app and other mediums for job tracking
• Ability to train and lead others in a positive and encouraging way  
• Have reliable transportation to work and cell phone for communication
• Have reliable phone for communication and usage of time-keeping app 
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks and work alongside the crew 
• Ability to speak professionally with crews and clients 
• Ability to map out a project according to schedule and set daily goals to complete projects on time with great quality 
• Ability to work full time hours in the busy season (M-F up to 45 hrs per week) 
• Have a Growth Mindset 
• Authorized to work in the US

This position requires a valid and insurable Colorado Driver's License. Bilingual is helpful, but the applicant must be able to 

read and speak English. 

Pay Range: $24-26 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.  

Requirements of this position: 

• Valid and insurable Colorado driver's license with a clean MVR 
• Must be minimum 18 years old 
• Experience driving truck & trailer hauling loads safely 
• Physically able to get in and out of trucks, as well as perform other duties such as lifting, pushing and pulling 
• Collaborates with team members and supervisors on all daily activities and project schedule(s) 
• Assist project manager in organizing logistics and materials for crew(s) 
• Making deliveries of materials in order keep work moving efficiently
• Responsible for documenting daily activities, keeping and turning in vendor receipts, keeping records of repairs / maintenance of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
• Have a positive attitude and be able to take instruction, direction, and criticism - Have a Growth Mindset 
• Focused on safety for self, others, and company 
• Must have own reliable transportation to work and a working cell phone for communication and time / activity tracking 
• Other tasks as assigned 
• Authorized to work in the US 

This position may work up to 40 hours per week but may sometimes work less, depending on the schedule.
